Training Prerequisites:
You must have a genuine desire for vibrant health, not because of fleeting trends or quick fixes, but out of love and respect for your body, and simply because feeling good is inherently rewarding. I work holistically, so if your goal is completely external (e.g. building extreme muscle mass (bodybuilding) or preparing for a fitness or natural figure competition then I'm probably not the right fit.
You must be ready to commit to your weekly goals and be accountable through weekly follow-ups via email or SMS.
You must be earnest in your pursuit of becoming the best version of yourself. My commitment is to assist people in helping themselves. I aim to support you through the changes and challenges ahead.
I tailor everything to your needs, from your exercise regimen to nutritional guidance (if necessary). Are you prepared to take that step? Are you willing to invest in yourself? Remember, this journey is for you. Also, keep in mind that repeating the same actions while expecting different results is the definition of insanity.
